Zhengzhou Zhengshang Hopsca is situated in the Zhengshang New District, serving as a large-scale urban complex with a total area of 200,000 square meters. The project comprises two LOFT-style apartment buildings and a 100,000-square-meter shopping mall. It integrates upscale department stores, large supermarkets, star-rated hotels, premium office spaces, a 3C digital electronics zone, a five-star cinema, and diverse dining options, combining shopping, entertainment, leisure, and dining into one comprehensive destination. The building consists of seven floors in total, including two basement levels, four above-ground floors, and a partial fifth floor. The basement spans approximately 24,000 square meters per floor, the above-ground floors cover about 14,000 square meters each, and the partial fifth floor extends around 8,000 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n
