Step 1: Plug in the repeater, wait 1-2 minutes, and connect to the “COMFAST XXXX 2G” or “COMFAST XXXX 5G” WiFi network.<\/p>\n

Step 2: After successfully connecting, enter comfast.com or 192.168.10.1 in your browser. Use the IP\/domain name to access the management page. On the initial login page, enter the password in the password field and click “Set Password.”<\/p>\n

Step 3: After setting the password for the first time, the repeater scan page will automatically appear. To set up the repeater, select the SSID to be relayed, enter the parent router’s password, and click Save and Apply to complete the relay.
\nReconnect to the wireless network to access the internet. The extended signal will have “-2G\/5G” appended to the parent router’s WiFi name. The wireless password will be the parent router’s password. After the relay is complete, the LAN\/WiFi IP address will be assigned by the parent router. To access the management page after the relay is successful, connect your phone to the device’s WiFi network (with mobile data turned off) and enter comfast.com in your browser to access the management page.<\/p>\n
